It's decidedly lamb-like here in Massachusetts... hope that doesn't mean we're in for a flurry of storms throughout the rest of the month! I'm really, really ready for spring. My legs haven't been this white since I had mono for a month during my senior year in high school. I know, I know... not an attractive visual.
LOAD* ended up on a huge high note -- over 3200 images in the gallery. That's 3200 scrapbooking pages completed, memories preserved, legacies of love. AMAZING! A huge round of applause to all LOAD participants... You rock! We've already started preparations for May's LOAD -- and I've got almost 20 people signed up already! Alumni invitations went out today (we were all in withdrawal and I had to do something!).
If you aren't an alum from LOAD 2/10, don't worry - registration will begin in early April. I'll remind you! :) We are limiting the number of participants, so make sure to watch when registration opens up!
There are a lot more things I want to tell you about, but you'll have to hold tight for a bit longer. :) But here are five things to keep you busy:
- Listen to the Paperclipping Roundtable where we talk about tools (no, not THAT kind!)
- Check out the March gallery at Write.Click.Scrapbook
- Keep tuning in at The Story Matters for the March kit reveal
- Read one of my blog posts over at Parenting Squad
- Read this book, Free-Range Kids: Giving Our Children the Freedom We Had Without Going Nuts with Worry. It's hilarious and educational. What else could you need?

I really loved reading your article on ParentingSquad about the pre-teen/teen boy and how to keep connected. My kids are still little (7 and 5 1/2) but I have had a huge fear of how to prepare for when that time comes that they will not talk to me as much and tell me everything. Your article gave me a lot of good tips.
P.S. My family and I are relocating to Lexington ourselves next weekend. Maybe we can meet one of these days after I am settled down unpacking the boxes.

I listened to Paperclipping Roundtable today (finally!), and it was very good. Except "Where's Lain?" But it was great to hear pros and cons of different tools, and I wish there had been more. But it was an hour and 20 minutes as it was! I enjoyed every minute! I'm like you gals, in that some of my favorite tools are the cheapos, like my bone folder, my CutterBee fine point scissors, and a tool I have that I use to put hot-stick bling on. The tool was about $20, and I can get 144 Swarovski blingys for about $15. So I put them on nearly all my layouts. But then, I love the bling!

Good morning neighbor - just checking your blog, reading about the lamb, and looking at the snow falling. If your legs are glowing that brightly you may need to resort to some spray tan ; ).

Hey, listened to your "tools" on paperclipping and then "does size really matter?" with Cathy Z and Ana C! Too funny and very informative! So do you think I should give up my cricut for a slice?
