It's a good day!
Why, you ask?
Well, the banner problem is slightly better thanks to the ministrations of my good friend Maria... and I will try some of the other suggestions you all gave. Thanks for the hand-holding!
I should mention that the graphic is provided by darling Stephanie. This woman rocks. If you don't know her, you soon will. (She's spending spring break in Utah with Lisa B.!).
Notwithstanding the improvements in my visuals, the real reason that today is a good day is...
HOUSTON, WE HAVE A PODCAST!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes, you read that right! ScrapHappy is now available on iTunes, so hustle your chiclets right over there and download my intro and subscribe! And if you like it, leave a review... and if you don't like it, well, then, go find some other blogs to leave mean comments on. ;) We'll have none of that around here! (Constructive criticism always welcome, though).
I have no idea how to link from here to iTunes (when you get there, click "podcasts" and then search under "ScrapHappy"), but I can link you to this page where you can listen directly RIGHT NOW (because I know you can't wait)...hehehee.
But please, if you like me even a little, subscribe!
PS -- It's freefreefree!
ETA: Try this link to subscribe in iTunes: ScrapHappy

Yeah! I am so excited. I listened and want to subscribe, but when I search for Scrap Happy on iTunes, nothing comes up. (Please don't tell my husband who works for Apple that I couldn't figure it out!) Any ideas on what is going on? Can't wait to hear more from you.

I'll answer this here -- I don't know why it's not showing up in the iTunes directory yet! I will try it later this PM and see what I can discover. Stay tuned!

I have searched and searched and searched in iTunes podcasts...can't find it anywhere, even using ScrapHappy, Scrap Happy, scraphappy, scrap happy, and all the other variations of it. If you could tell me the category I might find it in....

I l-o-v-e Lain! Go glad that it is working! Maybe we can interview one another sometime? Although, that would mean I have to start Scrap Booking huh? Gonna have to think about that.
Maybe we should think of a book to make that combines knitting and scrapbooking...like memory knits...there is a thought for you to think about! Might be fun?

Hi there! So glad the size helped a bit, and I see that I still need to figure out how to center it...mmm, I bet that may have to do with the typepad template. I'll try to help with that when I get an extra few minutes today and I cannot wait to hear the podcast from home tonight! :)

Love the podcast! Congratulations. You know Friday the 13th is the luckiest day for creative types, so perfect day to launch a new project and your podcast.
My first 8 track tape was the Carpenters...loved that!
I too have used my deco edged scissors to create the vintage postage look with a photo or image. Love that.
Best wishes and looking forward to more....you also might want to consider stand up comedy to your list of activities...you are great!

This is my first experience into podcasts. Before now I hardly ever used my ipod! No time to listen with 4 kids under 5 (2 are mine, 2 a friend's I keep during the day)to keep up with! Now I know what I'll be doing during naptime! Great show!
